Hard Hittin (“we,” “our,” or “us”) currently ships merchandise only. Alcoholic beverages are not available for direct shipping to consumers and may only be purchased through authorized retailers such as the LCBO and other licensed partners.

  • 2–5 business days for in-stock merchandise

  • Longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches

You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier partners to deliver orders. Approximate delivery times:

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Package weight and size

  • Courier rates

All shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available depending on the courier). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on merchandise unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Hard Hittin alcohol products are not shipped from our website.
They will be available exclusively through:

  • LCBO and authorized retailers

  • Licensed venues, restaurants, bars, and event partners
